Print and sign the letter.
Send it by registered letter with proof of receipt (carta registada com aviso de receção) at any CTT post office, to the address above.
The same day, email a copy to sales-lis@theblueground.com.
Add receipts for everything you claim, plus a copy of your contract and proof of the deposit payment.
Keep the CTT tracking receipt and the returned aviso de receção. They prove receipt and start the deadlines.

If BGPROP Portugal is dissolved or liquidated, creditors must assert claims promptly; after liquidation closes, claims lie against former shareholders up to the assets distributed to them (Article 163 of the Código das Sociedades Comerciais).
